But then they replaced it with an “upgrade” that has been a pain in the butt. Probably the biggest frustration is that you can no longer view and download statements from the app. You have to go on a browser for that. Also I’ve noticed that any memo I enter on a transfer disappears after it posts. I can log in immediately after I call and reset but never after that. How am I supposed to use the app if I can’t even get in? Setting up Face ID doesn’t help at all. How is my face an invalid login attempt? I don’t want to go through a reset process every time I just want to peek at my balance.
