## Epic Elite Reviews in United States

### *---- "Review"
Very disappointed as epic theaters is the only close and nice theater close to me and I wanted to get on this app for the monthly subscriptions but I downloaded it and it won’t open anything at all when I open the app. Worst app and definitely needs work.
-- BWAGSIK, 2025-01-09

### *---- "Epic is the worst"
Epic promised a new and updated subscription service over a year ago. Nothing. I so wish we had an AMC near by.
-- Phud0360, 2024-04-28

### *---- "Worst"
They said this would return in April and it is now may and customer service has never once responded to an email asking about this
-- Cecelia gg, 2023-05-04

### *---- "Trash"
The old app stopped working. So they launch this new one and it doesn’t even open. Just a blank screen. So much for all my rewards!
-- Ugtx4$)&4)?, 2023-04-07

### *---- "Not working"
You just get a cover page and nothing else.
-- Lu être, 2023-03-07

### *---- "Zero"
What is wrong with this app?! For the longest time has been non functional…
-- klf421, 2023-03-01

### *---- "Does not open"
Would love to be able to use it but the app does not seem usuable at the moment. The opening screen appears saying epic elite but it does not load at all. I left it open and eventually it just times out.
-- Pil@rt3, 2023-03-01

### *---- "Not ready for prime time"
I can’t get it to open at all in iOS 16. Always times out with a connection error.
-- HutchGS, 2023-03-01

### *---- "Doesn’t work at all"
Received an email today saying the New App is up and to download it. So I did. Just a blank screen when opened. Nothing works with their new app. So, I tried to contact their app support online… again a blank screen. Their own support website is down. Not sure what’s going on with EPIC, but they are losing me as a customer with failed apps, unable to purchase tickets in advanced, unable to reach anyone for help or answers, food violations at the local theater, and so much more. Why would I stay or give my business to such a poorly run and slowly failing company?
-- themike3, 2023-03-01

### *---- "Doesn’t even open 🤯"
Just received an e-mail glorifying the new app, so what does one do? Naturally, I download it with anticipation and excitement! Womp womp, the app doesn’t even open. After hanging on the launch screen for an eternity I swipe to go back to what I was doing, swipe back to this app and low and behold — I received a technical issues notification! Wow…

If your going to launch something new and you send out emails announcing it, for goodness sakes, test it first! 🤦🏾‍♂️
