Very bad customer support

I submitted a complaint three days ago regarding a glitch in my account (I am subscribed to Epic unlimited but when I try to log in it offers me a free trial- I paid this month’s subscription on time through Apple). Until now I have not received a reply and nobody has solved my problem, so I am a paying costumer without access to my account.

Epic is the best

Ever since I downloaded Epic! It was amazing I’ve read so many books I read biography books and you can customize your account you can change the picture you can change the frame there’s even a guest account so I recommend you should download Epic!

My problem with Epic

Epic is an amazing app. I love it. But just 1 problem. I’m at 101 books finished now and I didn’t get the Grand Master Book Worm achievement nor the avatars I’m supposed to get for 100 books. Please fix this problem.
