This app doesn’t even let you use epic after 3 pm you have to pay. I suggest everyone not to use this app and use lingokids or khan academy kids. These two apps I tried have more fun and entertainment than epic. My family can’t even read a book together. So you could just listen to me or else pay for it. And when my students want to do an assignment that I gave in epic it asks them to pay. I am not satisfied of these fake reviews that it has but not one feature in the review that people say is even 1 percent true

This is how it happened. I paid for the first subscription, but my child couldn't access the app from another family-linked device. Perhaps I had inputted the wrong password, so I asked for a reset. After the reset, I accessed the app and tried to use it. Immediate it went to payment, and I was charged another time for an annual subs

I would like to say a few words about this app:

I really like it’s app and it is very useful. Recently,before the update happen,I was a bit worried because my buddy ask me to come back for next day to read another book once finish the previous book,now I am okay with it. After this update,it suddenly changed,when I want to flip to another page,it said need ‘Epic Family’. I don’t my parents’ birth year and I hate that thing! Even I couldn’t do it at this main point. I am very desperate,developers! Can you please fix this issue before the update? It is getting very frustrating. Developers,you know what exactly you need to do!!!
