Just subscribe this because my son’s school is using this. He is so enthusiastic and excited to read e-books everyday, however, the app often hangs and he doesn’t manage to save the book buddy that he just hatched. There are times, he reached level 13 and suddenly the app went on glitches and it downgraded him to level 10. It was so devastating. I hope your tech team looked into this. I am using ipad pro 10th gen.

Sent total 3 emails on 26 Oct, 30 Oct, 1 Dec. No one responded to my email at all. They don’t have customer service support. Please DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. It’s a scam!
