## Epic Staff Reviews in Canada

### *---- "not helpful"
costumer support is not helpful at all and non responsive. never got paid for a shift i worked. i reached out to ask what was going on. they let me know that the card for the place i worked for was declined and that why i didn’t get paid.
i asked when i would be getting paid then. no response. it’s now been days of not answering me even after sending multiple follow up messages.
