## EPIC Theatres Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bad."
This app is dooky.
-- Exene D., 2024-09-23

### *---- "Continually Frustrated"
The worst theater app I have ever used. I can never use ‘membership’ and cannot complete online ticket sales. Just buffers and says ‘oh no something went wrong’. The app is what’s wrong.
-- aswpe, 2024-09-07

### *---- "Worst App!!!!"
The App NEVER EVER WORKS. What is the point of even trying to get loyalty points when you only use the app as a guest. It’s always “something went wrong, try again”!!! If I could give it zero stars I would have!!!
-- Al999999999, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Ticket system broken"
It would be great if the app was fixed where you could log into your account and purchase the tickets it hasn’t worked for weeks and it’s still not fixed….
-- Gray714, 2024-08-08

### *---- "Poorly designed"
This is the third time I've downloaded and tried to use this app. It never works properly unfortunately. It's a shame because I would love to use my loyalty account and points, but can't get it to work. And you can't use the loyalty account points via the website.
-- Tammy LFL, 2024-08-02

### *---- "Lousy"
Reading the reviews here I see I am not the only one with issues. Nothing I can say to add, as everyone prior has explained the issues perfectly. I can only assume Epic is on its way out and does not have the lunch money to pay the 10 year old web developer to fix the app. Yes, that was snarky, but well deserved. One star is still one too many for the app.
-- Huey Flight, 2024-07-13

### **--- "Please hire a better programmer and designer"
I always think of how good the regal app is and it’s sad that this great theatre has such a mediocre app. Make it better, add some flair, and not like an intern project. I won’t even be mad if they copy other apps cuz it would be better than this
-- Harsh935, 2024-06-28

### *---- "Upgrade y’all app man! It’s horrible"
Went through the process to purchase tickets. When I got to the part for selecting payment, it just stalls. I never got to the payment page. Urghhh!
-- bluehova, 2024-06-06

### *---- "Charged for tickets but never received"
Purchased tickets through app and was charged but the seats were not reserved and never got my confirmation with ticket and email. Had to drive to theater and get tickets and never got a refund so I had to pay twice to see the movie… I have trust issues with this app now
-- awkwrdpumpkn, 2023-10-17

### *---- "They take your money and tricky"
They take your money because the app or the web always give a error, also is almost impossible to talk with an employee or agent by phone. The Thursday promotions they don’t have any link or options to get it.
