Amnesia can't remember login details
It keeps logging out. So troublesome. You need to login to even use it. It will log you out after a few hours. Seems to get worse after each update.

Gate Lock
After setting the gate lock using the app it works for a few days then it does not work. When resetting the gate lock the door lock appears and could not change to gate lock. How am I to reset the gate lock when the app does not open the gate lock. Very disappointed after paying so much for this lock system.
App not functioning
Can you please put an urgent fix as your app is no longer able to pair up with the existing door lock. Been many days already.
Firmware Updates NOT working
Its a very lousy app. Firmware upgrade shows available but cannot upgrade. Once app close it cant show any notification. Other apps is able to do this. Basic function developers!
App overhaul needed
Wifi bridge is set but cannot communicate with the wifi bridge. Worst SMART DOOR app experience. Think twice before ever using this app
Unable to retrieve user history
Occasionally not able to connect to the lock via WiFi to retrieve the user history
Unstable App
The Wifi & Bluetooth keeps on disconnecting even though the Wifi & Bluetooth lights are blinking on the bridging device.
Data log
No show data log keep having issue for that .
Useless app
9 out of 10 times cannot connect to the lock. Home router, lock wifi and door lock in the living room all within 4 meters and still cannot connect. Router tested fine (devices in the house has no issue), lock wifi constantly plugged in with Bluetooth and WiFi signaling fine, still cannot connect. Once in a blue moon, then it connects and can unlock or lock from app. Not dependable at all.
