He was a good listener, understood my concerns clearly, and his follow-up was outstanding. I truly appreciate his professionalism. Also, Waseem, who came to collect my old AC, did a great job. He was efficient and professional in his work. -- VishnoiVicky, 2026-02-25 ### ***** "Great service" They called me in 12 oclock and collected my ac around 4 pm. Very fast service and payment also credited within minutes -- Ankirrrrrr, 2026-02-21 ### *---- "Fraud Alert" Worst than local kabadiwala.. they want second hand items in kabad for amount 50-400 that you can easily sell on Olx for 10x the price. Don’t ever fall for their trap and download the app. No real cash in return. -- VictimOfPlum, 2026-02-19 ### ***** "Paper waste" Excellent service .Nice people . No hassle No chik chik 😝 -- Being yrself, 2026-02-14 ### *---- "Fraud Company" They take the booking and at the last moment start making excuses and cancel the booking without even informing the customer. They simply want to negotiate the price. We had to speak to a very stupid guy called “Virat”. Extremely annoying, unprofessional, and rude guy. The worst kind of a person to be working in customer support. Started arguing when we complained that our pickup was cancelled without any prior notice. Simply said the weather is bad, we can’t come for pickup. Lazy bunch of fellows, who have just started a business that they’re not able to run. We took leaves since it was a bulk pickup but they didn’t even consider that they can ask for a delay or wait but can’t cancel the booking. Quite bizarre experience and a complete waste of time. -- RSharma121, 2026-01-23 ### ***** "Appreciable" Great services, quick booking, timely pickup, and overall a quick transaction. Highly impressed. -- Salif_Keen, 2025-09-08 ### *---- "The worst app setup ever" You are people who takes things 2 nd hand and need a brand new condition. Wow -- Must check, 2025-07-27 ### *---- "Avoid" They are as good as their name - trash. They will show a price in their app and then someone will visit. That someone will be a local kabadi wala and he will offer you half the price of the app. I told him to just get lost. Totally Cashify model - total fraud. They are just an aggregator / middle men / commission agents. Best avoided. -- Amit Maggoo, 2025-07-22 ### ***** "Great Support" EpiCircle did a great job by engaging a professional vendor for scrap collection — their rates were competitive and the payment process was seamless. -- @nk's, 2025-06-25 ### ***** "Good doorstep services" Hassle free pickup -- Prashasti Gandhi, 2025-06-12 ### *---- "Worthless" These guys have a threshold of at least 20 kgs for pick up. Bhai households se khareed rahe ho ya kabadi say? To avail there services one has to accumulate that much of scrap in our space constrained 2bhk… makes so sense in a B2C set up -- Ashutosh122, 2025-01-29 ### ***** "Great app for recycling needs." I've been using epiCircle for a month now, and it's been a game-changer for my recycling habits! The app is user-friendly & intuitive. -- NishantVerma.la, 2024-11-19 ### ***** "Great app and out of the box startup" I am pretty impressed by the services and this out of the world thinking by the startup. On top of that the app is perfect with the right UI/Ux. Highly recommend -- Bhanu0080, 2024-11-19 ### ***** "Great app!"
