ePost App Reviews

Very bad service / app

Q D K on

United States

Despite several emails to customer support, we still receive letters (which are addressed correctly and computer printed, not hand-written) in our mailbox. The service is expensive, the customer support non-existent, and also the App is very poorly designed and not thought through. If you erase something and click by accident, you have no recently deleted section. This is bad. And why is it not possible to use the service / see the scans on a desktop..? Also, they should not name each scan “scan” -> it would be better to use a scan_date_number system. The old service, however cumbersome, still worked a lot better.

Not useful

Schrecklich.

Absolutely horrible

The app is awful. How can such a big company mess this up so much? Also their web app is crap and there is no way to easily get all documents to a computer. Their OCR is also spectacularly bad. Just ugh! Will go back to scanning documents myself, it’s faster and more reliable than this service.

Awful. Bring Epost Office back.

I am saddened to say that the new service is simply awful. They missed 3/4th of my mail whereas the previous Epost Office service was flawless. Navigation is also incredibly clunky, I still have no idea which link to go to to edit my subscription, forcing me to send an email to KLARA support for simple things, like canceling my subscription.

Note: 0 étoile.

Disappointing

jhlkurstjens on

Disappointing experience. My name has 3 initials, as is not uncommon. That’s turns out to be too complicated. If you have your official name registered as initials, and one or more of the initials are spelled as names (or vice-versa), the mail will still arrive in the physical letterbox instead of in your electronic mailbox. 3 attempts to raise the issue with customer service failed and the message is that I have to live with it. Really don’t see how this can’t be solved, especially since the postman never seemed to have an issue with this “complication”.

Unbrauchbar (digitaler Posteingang)

Improving App Performance and Customer Service: A Call for Seamless Functionality.

RepliApps on

The app takes too long to load, and push notifications don’t always work, especially when multiple letters are involved. Sometimes, it appears as if the app is stuck, and no notification is sent. Additionally, it’s noticeable that there are recurring issues with your accounting and customer service. Tickets are not being answered. Why not offer an in-app purchase option? At least that would work. I expect an app from you, as part of Swiss Post, to function as seamlessly as the Swiss Post app.
