If I had known how difficult it is to: - install the printer to my iPad -to actually print a document from my emails I would never have bought the printer and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone especially to elderly people as I am. The installation documentation is very poor as doesn’t tell you half the information you need to set it up and print
New printers should come with Airplay
Super disappointed a brought a new Epson printer only to discover everyone who uses it needs an additional app to print to it. Every application gives different results A4 in Procreate for example needs resizing to print A4 in the Epson App, didn’t have all this hassle with HP printer using Airplay.

Just bought this Printer & love it ! A breeze to set up with Wifi, instructions easy to follow & understand. Prints perfect & clear, already printed off my CV & recipes. Thanks Epson it’s a 10 out of 10 from me 😊
Epson setup
I found the Epson set up extremely easy to follow thank you well done Epson team
Can not change print order
The app works fine for the most part but when printing multiple pages it always prints first to last so you have to reorder all the pages by hand. I have contacted Epson about this but the response have been slow to nothing. Very disappointing.
Really frustrating
Getting a print should be so easy and our previous Epson was, but the ET-2810 has us tearing our hair out.
