Bank doesn’t have any physical locations which is fine as long as the app support on par with the constantly updating IOS. I can’t cash a cheque due to a camera breaking glitch in the app. App support is either expertly hidden on their website or just non existent.
Restore the available balance display
Great app, but unfortunately the latest version does not show the actual available balance on the EQ card in bold. This is essential for a pre-loaded card. Hopefully, EQ changes the app back to the way it previously was with the total remaining balance left after pending transactions shown clearly in bold. Then I will give the app five stars again.

I update the app and click on forget my password tryna send a code to my email and it’s saying update the when I already did (MAJOR PROBLEM) need to be fixed
Love the interface but…
I really like the EQ bank app, the interface is great and the usability is on par with the big banks; however sometimes it freezes/ runs into technical errors, I am not sure if these are bugs but hopefully they can update the app and even website so these nuisances can be resolved. I’ve ran into issues where there was a broken page and I’d have to log in again. I am impressed with this bank, with a few tweaks they will be perfect.
E-Deposits take 8 business days
Other banks that have e-deposits make the funds available within 1 business day or immediately, but for some reason EQ Bank needs 8 business days to do an e-deposit??? This is totally unacceptable. What is this the 1990s?
