Amazing

I cannot understand why anyone continues to bank with traditional banks. The online banks are just so superior in every way. Set up my account, set up my TFSA & deposited funds in 10 mins. Thank you for being amazing!

FHSA Mobile Support

I've been looking at "FHSA on mobile soon" for almost a year now. Thats definitely not what "soon" means. I really enjoy the app. But one of the mean usage I have is indeed managing FHSA on mobile. Please make it happen soon.

Can’t verify my code because the keyboard won’t open!

The app asked me to enter a ‘one time passcode’ sent to my email to login but the keyboard won’t popup nor can I copy and paste the code making it impossible to login!!

Tap doesn’t work

Tap doesn’t work on my card, also too many issues trying to use card on pos system. It’s making me scared to use the card but called CS and seemed to work out a solution. My tap still doesn’t work tho.

Not suitable for voice over user.

This app is not designed for someone who uses voice over on their phone. For example, if I wish to transfer money between accounts I do not get a drop down list that I can read using voice over. As an example, tangerine bank presents a drop down list of the accounts I can use. As I scroll down this list, I can hear the highlighted account and if it is the one I want I touch it. The EQ bank provides a button before each account but unless I know the name of the account after the button, I am not able to tap the highlighted account. As a visually impaired person, easy access to these accounts is very frustrating. Alex Boyko

Múltiple Attempts

It took multiple tries over several days to finally deposit the cheque successfully.

Lately I saw your publicity for the region of Québec. Unfortunately there are mistakes in some terms in french. As you know, Québécois are proud of their language. It would be a plus correcting those mistakes, looking more professional attracting potential new investors. Merci Denis Bussières J’ai vérifié vitement ce matin et l’application semble avoir été corrigé. Je vous en dirai plus quand je ferai d’autres transactions.

I can’t log in

It’s a great app but I can’t log in and it says it has something to do on your end
