Ask for a raise, push back on your boss, set a boundary or give honest feedback. Rehearse it with an AI character who reacts like a real person, see exactly what to change, and try again — before anything real is on the line. HOW IT WORKS 1. Rehearse — a realistic AI character responds to what you actually say, including pushback. 2. Review — line-by-line feedback: what worked, what created friction, the opportunity you missed and a stronger way to say it. 3. Learn from a pro — watch an expert replay of the same conversation with a breakdown of the strategy. 4. Switch roles — play the other person and feel how your words land. 5. Try again — repeat until the right words come naturally. 886 REAL-LIFE SCENARIOS • Work: salary negotiation, managing up, difficult feedback, interviews, saying no to extra work • Relationships and family: boundaries, money talks, conflict with partners and parents • Everyday life: roommates, neighbors, group projects, customer service, speaking up All 886 scenarios are available in English. TYPE OR SPEAK Type when you want time to think, or use Live Voice Practice to say it out loud in real time (daily limits apply). BUILT FOR IPHONE DUO On the inner display, keep the scenario briefing beside your conversation in two panes, with your actions in the Duo side bar. Stand it up like a book to rehearse hands-free and out loud with Live voice. The cover display gets a focused single-column layout. STAY CONSISTENT Track your rounds and streak, and use the Daily EQ Workout widget. No account required — Sign in with Apple is optional. FREE TO START Try selected scenarios and a limited number of conversations for free. EQ Premium (monthly or yearly) unlocks every scenario and the full practice loop. Eligible new subscribers can start the yearly plan with a 3-day free trial. Prices and trial eligibility are shown before you buy.
