## EquateMobile Description
EquateMobile is the companion app for EquatePlus, the equity compensation platform offered by Computershare and Equatex, part of the Computershare Group. 

The app provides an easy-to-read overview of your equity compensation plan(s)’s value and performance, and a comprehensive overview of all relevant and plan-related events. You can enter and manage trades, and access your elections, documents, statements and agreements.

Download our app today and login immediately.  Use the same user ID and password you use for the web application, EquatePlus. If you need help, you can contact us 24/7 – phone numbers are available in the app or through EquatePlus.

Requirements:
• Your employer, or the company your equity compensation plan is with,  must have authorized use of the mobile app as part of their agreement with Computershare or Equatex. 
• You have logged in to the web application, EquatePlus, and have a valid User ID and password.

Our company uses this platform to build our ESPP and to be honest this platform needs huge improvement. 

First, we are in China and the customer service is not easy to reach. The toll-free 400 is not working sometimes and this issue has existed for a while. Also, the OTP is confusing and sometimes I could not receive OTP via SMS.

Secondly, as a investment tool, I could not see the unrealised gain/loss of my portfolio. This is just unbelievable and we do need this feature. 

Please update the platform and make this easy to use. Looking forward to your next update.

The best thing about this app until it was updated in first half of 2022 were the personalised charts which showed the value of your own portfolio over time (both available and total value). There is now a generic share price chart; this information is available all over the internet and, although nice to have, is not unique or personalised. Please bring back the chart functionality which was there previously then it would be fabulous and 5 stars.
