Download our app today and login immediately. Use the same user ID and password you use for the web application, EquatePlus. If you need help, you can contact us 24/7 – phone numbers are available in the app or through EquatePlus.

• Your employer, or the company your equity compensation plan is with, must have authorized use of the mobile app as part of their agreement with Computershare or Equatex.

Everything is quick and easy, easy view of portfolio.
Partly does not work
Same sections do not load at all.
Need huge improvement
Our company uses this platform to build our ESPP and to be honest this platform needs huge improvement. First, we are in China and the customer service is not easy to reach. The toll-free 400 is not working sometimes and this issue has existed for a while. Also, the OTP is confusing and sometimes I could not receive OTP via SMS. Secondly, as a investment tool, I could not see the unrealised gain/loss of my portfolio. This is just unbelievable and we do need this feature. Please update the platform and make this easy to use. Looking forward to your next update.
