So many problems, no solutions
I really loved this app at first. There were few things that needed figuring out but the Equestly team was extremely responsive and fixed the problems very quickly. I don’t know what happened but I have been trying to purchase things through their app with my points but every time I hit check out the app completely shuts down. A couple days before this there was no add to cart button on any of the items in any size. An update came out that fixed the add to cart problem but the app has continued to shut down after hitting checkout. This was also happening BEFORE the add to cart option was fixed. I have sent multiple emails and filled out a separate form on their website with no response. I have been reaching out to them now for about 6 days. Hopefully this review will get their attention because nothing else is working. I was very excited about this app because I loved their riding tights. On the verge of never ordering from them again, not because of app problems, it’s a new app it’s bound to happen, but because of they have made no attempt to try and fix problems I am having or even care to respond. I also sent them an email regarding someone else back in November, again getting no response. Extremely disappointed. Not sure what else to do.
