It has been carefully optimised for daily workflows, from using in the ministry, to daily bible reading and collating your favourite scriptures and study notes. Use it one-handed on your iPhone or in split-screen mode on your iPad. Look up selected verses with the fastest copy scripture tool ever. Personalise this Bible app and make it your own. * Load compatible Bibles in EPUB format from the Equipd website or other approved sources. Check www.equipd.me/bibles for more information. * View different Bibles side-by-side for easy comparison. Or read just one Bible full-screen. * Load multiple languages side-by-side for sharing in the ministry with those from different cultures. Great for language learners. * Bible Reading Schedules with reminder notifications. You can setup one or multiple schedules at a time. Never get behind on daily Bible reading again. * For Chinese users or learners ... automated Pinyin, Zhuyin (Bopomofo), Sidney Lau, or Yale romanization can be generated and shown in 2-line format above the Simplified or Traditional characters. * For Japanese users or learners ... automated Furigana or Romaji in 2-line format. * Jump from viewing just the selected verses to the Chapter window to get the full context. * Multiple ways to look up scriptures. Use the 3 scrollers at the top, or the Bible Picker accessed from the toolbar. Use the double-tap or "shake" gestures to show the Picker - great for one-handed use on the iPhone. * Add study notes against verses. View notes for the current chapter in a side-panel (iPad and iPhone Plus). Access all notes from the toolbar. * Import MP3 files for offline audio. In Safari locate a MP3 ZIP file and "Open in..." the Equipd Bible. * The easiest "Copy" scripture feature you have ever seen. Great for copying scriptures into note-taking apps. * Bookmarks organised by topic or category. You can even put a comment against a bookmarked scripture to highlight a main point or line of reasoning. * History of scripture lookups. * Backup and Restore of verse notes and bookmarked scriptures, with backup reminders. * Clipboard Lookups - just copy a scripture from another document or app, and then open Equipd ... Equipd will try and look it up for you! * A powerful URL scheme so that you can create links to open scriptures in the Equipd Bible from external apps or documents. The Equipd Bible implements the x-callback-url scheme for developers to integrate with. * Streamlined workflow and screen rotation for all devices from the iPhone 4S to the larger iPhone 6 Plus, and of course it works great on the iPad. iOS 7 or above is required. * Split Screen support for iPad mini 4, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro. --- Please view the website and forums on www.equipd.me for more details and support. Sometimes I get a new phone & forget how to set it up so I go to fb & message the brother there & he helps. Best app for comparing versions, cross references, languages & copy/ paste. I use it every day even to quickly pull up scriptures to compare & share. -- The 77th Doctor, 2026-03-02 ### ***** "Needed App" Must Have! -- RubyGreener7, 2025-08-12 ### ****- "Love this app! Such a blessing!" I have used this app for decades, from it's earliest development. How wonderful it is to have more access to more Bible translations,in particular the ones that actually have God's name in them. And i LOVE the Bible book/chapter/verse Pickers! As it makes it so much easier and quicker to navigate the Bible(s); As well as, the Font Size enlarger, since I'm legally blind. My prayer is that the developer of this invaluable app will continue to support having this app available, accessible and updated when needed for all users, including blind users who use screen-readers on their devices, such as, VoiceOver on iPhone and Talk Back on Android. Thankyou SO much! -- Butterfly-Rose, 2025-05-11 ### ***** "Wonderful Bible App!" An excellent and flexible Bible App. I use it in bible study to add notes, internet links to reference works, related scriptures, and links to Watchtower Library articles. You can even link your notes to the Hebrew or Greek dictionary definitions from Strongs Concordance if it is installed. For example: G2316 for the Greek word theós often translated God. You can add an "internet link" to a verse note simply by putting the url internet address in the note. If you put a word from the verse you are commenting on within quotation marks, it will be highlighted in the main text to show that it is commented on in your note. If you put a related scriptures within parentheses and save the note, the related scripture will popup within the note. If you tap on the underlined scripture within the popup. You will jump to that verse in the Bible. I also appreciate the ease of copying selected scriptures from the Bible, enabling you to paste the copied text of the verse or verses into whatever you are working on. There are other excellent search and Concordance features as well. You can also install multiple versions of the Bible by importing epub files of whatever Bible you wish to install. Many Bible versions are available. Thank you so much for your wonderful App -- GeoJr59, 2024-08-25 ### ***** "Greatest Chinese pinying apps" I have been trying to find a Chinese pinying bible app for a long time now, and has never able to find a bible combine with a pinying. But this app it doesn’t just Chinese but all languages with it. The best app and worth the money to spend. -- fuyong5635, 2024-03-17 ### ***** "Excellent App!" I absolutely love this app, but unfortunately I cannot download the NW Translation on my new iPad since there is no longer an option to download the Bible from JW.org. This app does deserves 5 stars though because it’s that good. If there is a workaround for reloading the NW Translation into the app will someone please let me know? -- Health50, 2024-01-14 ### ***** "LOVE THIS APP" I have been enjoying Equipd for several years — to copy and paste scriptures; as I take notes during talks, assemblies, conventions, CO visits, theocratic schools, etc. It’s a wonderful tool! Love it :-) -- Rick-G., 2023-12-19 ### ***** "Great app" This app makes it easy to get to each Bible book and to go directly to each chapter and verse. -- Sutabe, 2023-11-11 ### **--- "Translations" Only two Bible translations are available on this app. I expected more than that. -- Mask Queen, 2023-11-11 ### ***** "Love it" I continue to use the Equip Bible and love it, the one feature that I really enjoy is the fact that when I look for a scripture it takes me to the chapter AND verse without me having to scroll to the verse. I updated my equipd Bible app and now when I open a book to read and go to scroll the page it bounces and won’t scroll. I am on the latest update on my iPad, 17.1 Any suggestion? This is absolute the best app around for Bible study and research. I had a problem with an update and notified the developer and he jumps right on it and the problem was addressed and fixed within hours not days or weeks. Thank you so very much Matt. -- GlennGuffey, 2023-11-04 [View all Equipd Bible reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Equipd Bible Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | South Korea | Productivity | #75 | | Top Paid | New Zealand | Productivity | #116 | | Top Paid | Indonesia | Productivity | #126 | | Top Paid | Singapore | Productivity | #158 | | Top Paid | Finland | Productivity | #159 | | Top Paid | Dominican Republic | Productivity | #163 | | Top Paid | Chile | Productivity | #166 | | Top Paid | Spain | Productivity | #173 | | Top Paid | Hong Kong SAR China | Productivity | #175 | | Top Paid | Ecuador | Productivity | #176 | | Top Paid | France | Productivity | #184 | | Top Paid | Russia | Productivity | #186 | | Top Paid | Malaysia | Productivity | #189 | | Top Paid | Taiwan | Productivity | #218 | | Top Paid | Philippines | Productivity | #228 | | Top Paid | Italy | Productivity | #243 | | Top Paid | Belgium | Productivity | #243 | ## Equipd Bible Discovered Keywords -
