## eQuoo Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Time for next play"
I really enjoy this game because it was recommended by my school. The only downside is having to wait a day to play three times the next day. I hope this can be improved.
-- hards746478483, 2024-12-21

### ***** "Fantastic app"
eQuoo has been a game changer. This app has helped me understand my mental health and the steps I can take to become more resilient. Easy to use and would highly recommend.
-- Poobies89, 2024-05-02

### ***** "Gamified Mental Health Support at its best."
When playing eQuoo, I found that I wanted to compare it to Health based apps in the market: ones that track your overall health, period trackers etc.. They give you information, but often engaging with them feels like a chore, sometimes overwhelming, or provide advice that conflicts with your values / approach to health.

EQuoo doesn’t do that. It has a gentle way of guiding you through mental health skill & resilience building via a variety of engaging stories & game play. And when it detects that you might need some support, it directs you to resources.

5 stars. Can’t wait for the new stories to come out.
-- Christy-Rose, 2023-07-20

### ***** "Incredible!"
This app has been a life changer for me on my mental health journey and I cannot recommend it enough! The engaging stories and avatar personalisation got me hooked and I find myself constantly picking up my phone to play through another chapter. After playing the game for a few weeks now I can confidently say the mental health skills I have learnt in eQuoo, I have implemented in my day to day life and improved my personal growth.

### ***** "Amazing application"
Good graphics, fun interaction, meaningful purpose. Such a wonderful application!
-- tinyymochi, 2023-03-09

### ***** "Brilliant"
Learning lots
-- SpecxXx, 2022-08-21

### ***** "Outstanding!!"
This engagingly useful app has appeared at the right time. With bright graphics and upbeat music it really lifts your spirts and focuses your mind as you journey through the game.
The tasks are truly interactive and easy to use allowing you to learn about yourself and ultimately enhance your emotional fitness.
The skills you learn from this app are both practical/ imaginative and can be put to use straight away. This outstanding tool, therefore really enhances our positivity in ourselves, thereby improving relationships both at home and at work.
A must have app!!!
-- Emily Osteomyologist, 2021-02-19

### **--- "Unplayable on iPhone X"
Very long introduction, and when I finally get to the content I can’t see most of it because it seems to assume my screen is a lot taller than it is. I can’t even scroll down, which means when I get to the multiple choices I can only see the first. It’s a pity, because I quite enjoyed the first game.
-- zeushie, 2021-02-13

### ****- "Intriguing idea"
Looking forward to using this app on a weekly basis. Very impressed with the psychological insight it gives and how personality can affect your life choices. Enjoyed the free version and found very useful with skills that could be applied in real life.
-- Aunty Mandy, 2021-01-16

### ***** "#Mental Health"
Awesome game - really pleased to have another version of this to play. Love the content and can’t wait to play the rest!!!
