## ERCOT Reviews in United States

### ***** "Acceptable"
The app works for me. Now will the grid hold up? That’s to be determined.
-- Jon DV, 2025-01-20

### ***** "Nice resource for grid analysis"
Love the real time fuel mix data. I had no idea Texas was generating so much wind and solar electricity.
-- Mr. Double Stuff, 2025-01-16

### *---- "Terrible app; crashes constantly or “spins” indefinitely trying to connect/load"
Terrible app; crashes constantly or “spins” indefinitely trying to connect/load
-- Dallas75219, 2025-01-09

### ***-- "Poor upgrade"
The old app was better! It was an intuitive/native UI that felt slick and was easy to use. The new one is a significant downgrade.
-- iamramsey, 2025-01-06

### ***** "Great New Update"
Love the dark mode add on and the new app design/layout.
-- BayAreaMatt, 2024-09-30

### ***** "September 2024 update is great"
Nice little app with a lot of improvements in the recent app. I like the way it visualizes the data
-- J.B. H.R.C, 2024-09-30

### ****- "Ghost text"
White ghost text on app and browser.
-- Gunnison, 2024-09-25

### ***-- "Alerts"
The app should have a custom alert notification, prices, capacity … need to improve!
-- jdelosrios, 2024-01-21

### *---- "Unable to read"
Please please please either increase the font in your app or allow settings to be adjusted. I am not old yet and I can barely see what’s in your app notifications. There is no way to zoom in or increase the font. I can only imagine how frustrated older folks are with this app. I basically don’t even open it and wait for a push notification because at least I can read that.
-- SlyyAllDay, 2023-09-07

### *---- "Terrible app"
Disaster of a company/organization. If you can’t handle the load, rejoin national grid.
-- HorizonFanMan, 2023-08-26
