点特鞋服生产ERP是专门针对鞋业、鞋材、服装行业的特点开发的一款生产制造ERP管理系统。这几个行业与其它行业相比最大的特点就是需要管理颜色、尺码，从而在BOM管理上相对就比较复杂，因为BOM牵涉到MRP计算，对原材料的采购有直接影响。不同颜色、尺码的产成品对原材料的种类、数量有不同的需求，所以BOM功能的设计至关重要。
在点特ERP中，对于产成品的每个颜色，需要建立一个BOM，BOM中的组件用量可以按照产成品的尺码设定。BOM可以通过复制快速创建，并且支持销售订单BOM，以满足客户的个性化需求。
系统对MTO（按单生产）的生产模式支持的非常好，从客户销售订单开始，经过MRP运算，跑出采购计划和生产计划、工艺工序、生产领料或反冲消耗原材料、报工、生产入库、销售交货、发票及应收等完整的流程，都能完美支持。
