Recently 2 of their products, the IP cameras have been experiencing issues. 1 camera’s lights turn on by it themselves, and the other moves on its own, even when no family members are using the app. Another major issue is the excessive advertisements when logging into the app, too many as if I’m playing game. Did request screen shot to show me how to turn off the advertisements? But it seems like they don’t even understand how to send screenshot... The worst part is their customer support… it took them 8-9 hours just to respond with ‘Hey, may I help you?’ This support team isn’t even worth a single star.
