I purchased basic plan., but still waiting to get the code.. customer service is very poor
Maintenance window- long waiting for couple of days
At least for 2 days once app will go into maintenance and it won’t open . This is the only issue I found . I guess they can maintain couple of production servers , if one they are maintaining they should deviate the traffic to other server. Otherwise , it is making us to wait lot of time in the maintenance window.

Too expensive
In current market most virtual sim provider ask for 2 usd/ month like numero and many more but their price is 7 usd/month which is so expensive.

The app does provide Raima and data plan for international use and everything works fine.
