These mobile plans rely too heavily on wifi to get connected in the first place. It also doesn’t work well in Albania on my Europe plan. I only have very basic and slow service. This can happen overnight in particular when doing an app update. Second comment is turn off iCloud Drive while using GigSky to prevent synching of data intensive material to the Cloud as this eats into your allowance.
