Κλείσαμε εισιτήρια με προορισμό την Βουδαπέστη. Οι πτήσεις ήταν με ανταπόκριση στην Αθήνα, πληρώσαμε για προσωπικό αντικείμενο και χειραποσκευή 8 κιλών. Πετούσαμε Δευτέρα, μας έστειλαν τα εισιτήρια Σάββατο μεσημέρι και έγραφαν επάνω light (που σημαίνει πως δεν είχαμε προσωπικό αντικείμενο στο εισιτήριο μας). Από τότε προσπαθούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί τους χωρίς επιτυχία. Περάσαμε από 2 ελέγχους και δεν μας είπε κανένας τίποτα για τις αποσκευές μας, όποτε θεωρήσαμε πως ίσως είχε γίνει κάποιο λάθος. Στην επιστροφή όμως, στον δεύτερο έλεγχο από Αθήνα-Ρόδο, μας είπαν ότι τα εισητηρια μας είναι light και να επικοινωνήσουμε με την εταιρία που έγινε η κράτηση για την επιστροφή των χρημάτων (80€ , 40€ η κάθε χειραποσκευή). Καλέσαμε λοιπόν την eSky και μιλήσαμε με την Τζωρτζινα και μας είπε μεταξύ άλλων πως οι 3 πρώτοι έλεγχοι των αεροδρομίων έκαναν λάθος, ότι όλα τα εισιτήρια ήταν light και πως είμαστε τυχεροί που δεν μας χρέωσαν. Επίσης, σύμφωνα με τα λεγόμενα της, άλλο βλέπεις στην αναζητηση, πατώντας επιλέξτε στις λεπτομέρειες πτήσεις γράφει οικονομική θέση Προσωπικό αντικείμενο Δωρεάν Χειραποσκευές Δωρεάν 8 κιλά Παραδοτέες αποσκευές Με επιπλέον χρέωση:23 κιλά Αυτά λοιπόν που γράφει η τζωρτζινα τα παραβλέπει και επιμένει οτι έχουμε ευθύνη εμείς και ότι το εισιτήριο είναι light!
