Die Firma wurde letztes Jahr abgewickelt.
Somit können die Geräte nicht mehr über WLAN gesteuert werden.

Keines meiner vier Thermostate funktioniert mehr mit den programmierten Zeiten dieser App. Kundenservice dermaßen schlecht- es erfolgt einfach keinerlei Reaktion oder Bearbeitung der Fehlermeldung durch wesmartify (Anbieter). Null Sterne, wir haben-6 Grad und die Thermostate haben 200 EUR plus Bridge gekostet. Ich kann nur empfehlen, ein Konkurrenzprodukt zu kaufen

Die Batterien müssen ständig ausgetauscht werden, und kürzlich hat ein Thermostat sogar komplett den Dienst verweigert. Das ist wirklich ärgerlich. Ich habe die Geräte erst im Juli gekauft und sie wurden im September installiert. Heute haben die Thermostate schon die dritten Batterien bekommen. Einfach unakzeptabel!

Wie so viele andere Nutzer funktioniert auch bei mir das verbinden mit der App und Bluetooth überhaupt nicht. Alles schon probiert, seit zwei Tagen am rumexperimentieren, aber nichts geht. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich null Sterne vergeben. Die App ist zwar übersichtlich aber ohne Bluetooth Verbindung bringe mir dieses (!) teure Thermostat gar nichts!

Wenn ich weniger wie einen Stern vergeben könnte würde ich es machen. So eine schrottige App habe ich selten erlebt. Die Batterien in den Heizkörperthermostaten halten keine 3 Monate. Die App funktioniert meistens einfach nicht. Wenn die Bluetooth Verbindung mal steht kann ich einfach keine Temperatur ( Auto, Komfort etc) ändern. 
Was soll ich damit? 
Im Moment muss ich manuell am jeweiligen Thermostat die Temperatur einstellen. Da hätte ich auch meine alten Thermostate behalten können. 
Macht endlich mal was damit man die Geräte bestimmungsgemäß verwenden kann.

Geräte sind verbunden, doch laut der App offline.
Selbst nach erneutem einstellen folgt das Problem nochmals.

Früher ließen sich die von mir verwendeten Bluetooth Thermostate tadellos über diese App bedienen. Inzwischen brauche ich für die App ein Konto beim Hersteller. Da ich mich weigere, für jedes Gerät in meinem Haushalt ein Konto beim jeweiligen Hersteller anzulegen, hat Essentials damit funktionierende Geräte in Elektroschrott verwandelt.

Koppeln mit Thermostatkopf geht nicht es wird kein w lan gefunden noch der Thermostatkopf per Bluetooth. I phone 14 Pro IOS 16.3.

Schade hatte mich gefreut muss auf einen anderen Hersteller zurückgeifen.
