This app has not been working for the past 3+ weeks and have lost discounts because of this. No sign of recovery. Not sure how Apple allowed this app to be deployed with such silly bugs.

The app showed a “there’s a problem on our side” when I was at the store, rendering me unable to use the app to redeem vouchers etc. Very disappointing

Downloaded and tried many times. No pin was send to my phone, how to verify if the system does not works.

When trying to reset a forgotten password, it does the correct steps of sending the reset password email. But when confirming the new password on the app, results in an “Uh oh, something happened on our side” and “please contact our service support”. Was only able to do so on the smiles website, of which also threw a ton of errors due to cloud flare. Staff at petrol stations unable to provide any other help other than “uninstall and install”. It’s a terrible service.

A complete let down!

My app can’t open. Kept saying unable to connect. I deleted and downloaded new app still cannot use.

App is completely non-functional, can’t register, can’t login at all. Only get the same error message that something has gone wrong over and over.

I had to change my password and the process is terrible. First and foremost, I can't even copy-paste passwords created in apple's auto generator. Secondly, the feedback return has always been 'something went wrong' - so what went wrong and what can I do? Don't just leave your user hanging there 🫠

The app is so buggy. It’s scary… I get the link to reset password but the say process fail. After putting so much money to market conversion.. such a simple reset is not achievable .. Clearly new adoptions are your priority and old customers are ignored Henry

The Esso app has been out of action quite frequently lately when I want to use it. For the last 3 days cannot access to it
