ESTAR PRO is a mobile application developed by for installers of distributed PV power plants.   It provides an EASY-TO-USE procedure for monitoring accounts and a visual physical layout guide for the installation of microinverters, which helps installers configure monitoring accounts rapidly, and provides installers power generation data on both plant-level & module-level as well as detailed alarm information about the power plant for commissioning & diagnostics.

Sehr umständlich einzurichten. Seit dem letzten Update 1.1.9 sind die y-Skalen in den Diagrammen nicht mehr lesbar.

### *---- "Konto doppelt vergeben?"
Diese App ist echt komisch?! Das Konto welches man vom Verkäufer erhält ist schon an jemanden anderes vergeben, man kann sich selber nicht registrieren was gar keinen sinn ergibt. Der Verkäufer ist ebenfalls nicht zu erreichen und ich kann mein erstelltes Netzwerk nicht von dem Fremden Benutzerkonto löschen.
Zudem kann man nicht sein Balkonkraftwerk selbst benennen, da es wohl ein gemeinsames Netzwerk aller BKWs gibt.

### *---- "Die App kommt direkt aus der Hölle"
Diese App möchte gar nicht nutzerfreundlich sein!
Anfangs war es mir unmöglich ein Nutzerkonto zu erstellen, nach Recherche im Internet sties ich auf eine Marktkaufanzeige, in der stand: Die Standortaktivierung ist notwendig, dann erscheint auch die Option „Kein Konto“. Dadurch konnte ich ein Konto erstellen.
Um sich mit der DCU zu verbinden, muss der AP-Knopf an der Seite zur Aktivierung gedrückt werden, das ist nirgendwo dokumentiert.
Die DCU kann sich nur mit 2,4GHz Netzwerken verbinden, bietet mir aber nur die 5GHz Netzwerke an ?!?!
Ausversehen erstellte Anlagen lassen sich nicht löschen.
Die ganze Inbetriebnahme und Einstellung sind abartig mies oder gar nicht dokumentiert! China hat jetzt meine Adresse, mein SSID und das passende Kennwort…..kein gutes Gefühl!
Einfach mal ein Beispiel an der Inbetriebnahme eines Shellys nehmen!
Wenn man also die App runterladen will, hat man den größten Fehler schon begangen: Man hat einen HERF Wechselrichter gekauft….Ansonsten Finger weg.

I cant delete a solar system which i created for testing!

I cant create a user account by myself!

I cant name the solar system like i want to, because the name has to be unique… for example: „Garage“ or „Balkonkraftwerk“ cant be used because another user already used it … why?!?!?! 

I still dont know, how it works if i want to connect to the HERF DCU Wifi… Its just random. It works random?! 

If you just want to see your data, it is ok… but the above mentioned topics are just annoying! 

I wrote it in english… maybe the Dev Team will notice that and will work on aprovements! 

BTW I noticed that, the database of the hoymiles system and HERF Must be the same. On hoymiles (s-miles) i wanted to create another Account with the same Mailaccount and got the message: Already used Email address!

### **--- "Konstruktive Kritik"
Die App hat viele Probleme. Ich werde hier einige auflisten denn vielleicht ändert der Entwickler etwas an diesen Problemen.

1. es macht keinen Sinn, dass ein Benutzerkonto durch einen Händler erstellt werden muss. Bitte einen „registrieren“ Knopf einfügen und dann kann jeder Kunde sich sein Konto selbst erstellen.
2. die pro App ist ausreichend. Ich verstehe den Grund für die non-pro Variante nicht.
3. die DCU mit dem WLAN verbinden ist sehr unübersichtlich gestaltet und man sucht lange danach. Es sollte eine Seite mit allen konfigurationseinstellungen für die DCU geben
4. Benutzer die in der pro Variante erstellt wurden, können nicht bearbeitet werden. Wurde ein Benutzer fehlerhaft erstellt bleibt dieser für alle ewigkeiten fehlerhaft in der Datenbank.
5. die Seriennummer des Wechselrichters sollte mit auf dem Karton angebracht sein oder auf einer beiliegenden Karte stehen. Ich musste meinen Wechselrichter noch einmal demontieren um an die Seriennummer auf der Rückseite zu kommen.

Gern würde ich bei einem sinnvolleren Aufbau der App helfen. Dazu würde aber eine Teams/discord Session notwendig werden falls der Entwickler Interesse hat.
