## Estasher Description
Estasher is a Saudi app that connects you with verified engineers and engineering offices. Book an engineering consultation, order a service, or post your request and receive offers, then follow everything from your phone.

What is Estasher?
A marketplace for engineering consultations and services in Saudi Arabia. It lists independent engineers and engineering offices in fields such as civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical engineering, designs, drawing review and quantity surveying, and residential and commercial licences.

Who is it for?
• Home and project owners who want an engineer's opinion before building, renovating or buying.
• Companies and contractors who need an engineering office for design, supervision or review.
• Engineers and engineering offices who want new clients and well-organised orders.

How does it work?
1. Browse engineers and offices by speciality, city and rating, even before you sign in.
2. Book a consultation at a time that suits you, order a ready-made service, or post a custom request and receive price offers.
3. Send your booking request for free; once the provider accepts it, you pay them directly. You see the price, VAT and total before you send it, and every order has its own number.
4. Chat and send voice messages, photos and files, and make voice and video calls while the order is active.
5. Receive the work, ask for a revision if you need one, then rate the provider.

Why Estasher?
• Verified providers: the Estasher team reviews each engineer's and office's details and documents before they appear in the app.
• Real ratings from clients who completed their orders.
• Everything in one place: booking, chat, voice messages, calls and order tracking.
• Offers on your request: describe what you need and choose the best offer.
• Support inside the app, and a way to report any problem.
• Arabic and English, light and dark mode.

For engineers and engineering offices
• Register as an independent engineer or as an engineering office and attach your documents for review.
• Add your services and consultations, and set your prices and working hours.
• Browse client requests and send your offers.
• Follow your orders, and pay the platform commission in the app by card or Apple Pay, or by bank transfer.
• Renew your documents in the app, with a reminder before they expire.

Frequently asked questions
