eSUB Time Mobile features for the Field Worker: 

• Allows employees to enter their own time on their own devices 

• Supports two different ways to record time – using a punch in and punch out button or simply entering the total number of hours worked each day 

• Provides the ability to quickly switch tasks or take breaks 

• Records location at the time of punch in/out, and alerts approvers if the punch happened outside a configurable distance 

• Supports signing Timesheets, and notifies the worker when it is time to sign their weekly timesheet 

• Comments enabled within time entries to communicate easily with the office

• Full support for cases where field workers have no internet connectivity and need to sync up with the cloud once connected 

• Support for working with multiple companies 


eSUB Time Web features for the Office Worker: 

• Support for one-click copying of yesterday’s or last weeks’ time entries 

• Enables Project Managers or Back Office workers to enter time on a project for one or multiple employees over multiple days on one page

• Approvals screen provides ability to: 
        • Group time entries by Employees, Projects or by your own timesheets 
        • Approve one time entry, all employees’ time entries or an entire employee’s timecard

• Ability to group or filter on the Timesheet Log page

• Custom views allow you to save your filters (e.g. Foreman can save their Crews) and share them with others in your company 

• Comprehensive reporting including Percent of Efficiency, Labor Percent Complete Forecast, Cost-to-Complete Report, and more

• Provides the ability to add a temporary worker immediately while they’re on the job and quickly convert them to a permanent employee if the situation requires it
