Esurance has been great, I’ve been using them for years and haven’t had any issues with their customer service.. I’ve heard of other insurance company’s jacking up the premiums every renewal, but Esurance has been great by not doing that so far and I mean I’ve had them for a while now. I couldn’t ask for a better insurance company right now.. I’m a real person btw LoL

### ***** "Roadside Assistance"
Used the roadside assistance option today to get my car towed and it was a good experience. The app is easy to use and provides up to date notifications via text messages so you don’t have to keep coming back to the app. I even needed to change the time given that the vehicle would be picked up and that was also easy to communicate.

High insurance rates and then when something happens to your car you can’t get ahold of anyone. No one answers the phone or there emails. Going on 3 weeks with no car and still haven’t gotten anywhere. Also highs rates with barely any pay out when you need it. Go with something else for sure.
