Cannot favorite routes
Every time I open app, I have to go to the routes and uncheck the default route 1 and select route 9 to load on the maps. It would be helpful if the map just stayed open on the last route I used. Or if the favorites function referred to a route as well as a stop. Also, if I do select a favorite stop, not all the buses that go through that stop are shown, so that function is useless. I do use the app everyday, so I am appreciative for it, but it could be improved! One more thing, the app is 17+. I had to change my 13 year old daughter’s settings to allow 17+ apps for her to use.

As a student I need the bus and this app is laggy, slow, and unreliable.

Hello. This message is for whoever is charged with designing this app. Please take the time to give it some more attention with some other skilled app designers if you possibly can. It can be extremely helpful in the absence of a posted schedule, but the Feedback part malfunctions sometimes, and for someone who might want to ride occasionally, it would be too difficult. Thank you for helping all of us commute!

Siempre espero mucho tiempo estos buses no corren muy seguidos en la 29 west 10 ave para poder tomar el tren en hialeah por razones de enfermedad es lo más serca que puedo tomar el bus lo mismo pasa por la tarde al estar en la estación del tren hay que esperar más de una hora para regresar.
Easy route to work when I need it
Very quick pickup and transfer. Clean vehicles, great staff and above par system compared to many other cities. Thank you! Never late to work!!
Tracking
App worked good the first time using since the bus tracking does not work. No longer able to see bus location in relation to the stops.
Worse bus app ever
Doesn’t work at all, doesn’t load, can’t even zoom in
Absolute garbage
Poor tracking, awful UI, and doesn’t look like it has been updated since iOS 10. Pray that your local transit system doesn’t switch to this app.
no good
it’s so bad i would give it 0 stars. constantly glitching and rarely updates in real time. currently typing this at a bus stop
