## ETA: Text Arrival Reminder Description
ETA is an iMessage extension for sharing arrival times in the chats where plans are already happening.

Open ETA inside a Messages conversation, choose where you’re headed, set when you expect to arrive, pick an arrival window, and send a clean ETA card into the thread. Instead of vague texts like “10 away” or “be there around 7:15,” ETA makes arrival updates clear and easy to read.

ETA is built for group chats, dinners, drinks, parties, meetups, and everyday plans with friends. The main experience happens inside Apple Messages, so you can send and update your ETA without leaving the conversation.

With ETA, you can:

• Send structured ETA cards in iMessage
• Add a destination name and optional address
• Choose an arrival window that fits your plans
• Schedule ETAs for later today or future dates
• Tap a message later to view ETA details
• Update your own ETA from the same chat thread
• See arrival status at a glance with Live Activities
• Use optional reminders for upcoming ETAs
