I am Unable to login because, I am not getting the verification code the system suppose to send to my email or phone. CBE team, Can you guys fix this issues please? This app is a complete failure and trash! Please fix it or remove it from the App Store. I am sure CBE is losing significant revenue due to this App.

This APP never works , and it belongs to the one of the big financial sector in Ethiopia /CBE what a shame ! Do not waste your time ! It is frustrating. The CBE needs to do better than this .

This app is good when it works but it requires a lot of patience. It doesn’t work 98% of the time. It says “Your transaction was unsuccessful. Please check your details and try again.” even when you enter your card information correctly . CBE need to work on fixing this glitch.

This app used to be very efficient. I don't know if it fails for everyone, but lately, I wasn't able to send money after successive trials. There's no error message, nor any explanation why  I'm being prevented from sending money to my family from the comfort of my home. ECB needs to fix this issue by addressing the source of the problem. I have no way of knowing whether the problem is from here or from ECB, as a result of which I don’t know who to contact.

The app never worked for me except a couple of times in several months. Every time I try to send money to Ethiopia the app did not work. I am wondering if it is a sabotage or something else

### **--- "Transaction fails for no reason"
The app doesn’t work consistently. The transfer fails for no apparent reason.  You have to try several times before you get it to work. I like that I can send money from anywhere and could be source of hard currency for  Ethiopia. But , they need to make it work and at least display the exact error when the transaction fails.

### *---- "App Stability and Functionality Issues: Search and Payment Failures"
The app is currently unstable and performs poorly in both the search and payment submission features.

When I search using a valid account number, it fails without providing any explanation. After the third failed attempt, it blocks access for 10 minutes.

The payment page also has issues despite filling out all the required fields, the transaction fails and displays a generic error message stating, “Your transaction was unsuccessful,” with no further details on what went wrong.

There is always some kind of issue with this app! It won’t let you use your US number to register or keeps saying error when you use your card number at the checkout. Pick your poison it’s absurd. A company like CBE that spends so much money in advertising and the biggest bank in Ethiopia can’t come up with a proper app that can actually work and be useful is absolutely ridiculous! CBE your app is an absolute joke! No wonder people would be leaning to use black market when you can’t even provide a platform that works for your customers properly. Please do better be useful and make it better!

I have used the app several times and it is really great when it works. However there are days and at times weeks where you get an error message when entering card information and the app doesn’t tell you what went wrong. I know they use a different company to process the card payments and not sure if the issue is with CBE or the card processing company.
