Many investors get caught in confusing “Daisy Chains” where properties are assigned multiple times before closing, making it hard to know who you’re really buying from. Ethos REI changes that. We’re building the most trusted, organized wholesale marketplace — where every posting is vetted for accuracy and contract validity, the chain is kept short, and investors have confidence they’re getting a legitimate deal from a verified source. Whether you’re an investor or wholesaler, Ethos REI brings your deal flow into the 21st century. Why Investors Choose Ethos REI Verified Property Postings – Every wholesale opportunity is reviewed for accuracy and legitimacy before it hits the marketplace. Direct Access to Ethos Agents – Chat in-app or call to get details, ask questions, or start the purchase process — all in one place. Smart Push Notifications – Get instant alerts for new postings, price drops, and opportunities that match your “Buy Box.” Fix-and-Flip Deal Analysis Tool – Quickly estimate potential profit and ROI so you can make confident, data-driven decisions. Advanced Search Filters – Easily find postings based on location, price, and property type. For Wholesalers: Scale Without the Stress Ethos REI isn’t just for buyers — we’re a powerful tool for wholesalers too. Smaller wholesalers can use Ethos REI and our agents as an extension of their team, allowing them to focus on acquiring great deals while we handle the heavy lifting of marketing and connecting with qualified investors. Our goal is to be the primary marketplace for wholesale investment property disposition, helping you move deals faster and more efficiently than ever before. The Ethos REI Advantage A secure, modern platform for wholesale real estate investing. Transparent, organized, and professional — no more unverified chains or unclear ownership. Built for investors, wholesalers, and large-scale buyers alike. Constantly evolving with new features and partner integrations to make your investing process seamless. Take Control of Your Deal Flow Skip the clutter, avoid the uncertainty, and find vetted wholesale opportunities the moment they become available. Whether your goal is to fix and flip, build a rental portfolio, or scale your wholesale operation, Ethos REI helps you move faster and invest smarter.
