App does not respond after verification process for credit card otp when purchasing a flight ticket the pay now button shows loading but nothing happens and pay now keeps showing again after the loading process and I am not able to complete my ticket purchase, I have been stranded abroad because I used one-way ticket purchase and now I could not fly back home because of you and I am a gold member the only way i can forgive you is if you make me diamond. That’s the only apology accepted from you.

I recently purchased a ticket that allowed me to choose my preferred seat for an extra fee. However, when I arrived to check in, the system was unable to process my check-in. I went to customer service, expecting a quick fix, but instead faced additional frustration. They couldn’t provide the seat I had reserved, insisting that I hadn’t selected one in the first place, which was frustrating.

After some back-and-forth, the representative informed me that the plane’s seating configuration had been updated twice, which caused my selected seat to become unavailable. This is completely unacceptable— an app 
 should notify users when such changes occur, allowing them to reselect a seat in advance. As someone traveling with a person with disabilities, having our seating arrangements fall through at the last minute was incredibly inconvenient and stressful. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the airline improves its communication and app functionality to avoid issues like this in the future.
