Did renew my car takaful through website, received the mail to download the apps to get the policy copy. When i tried to register, it said i have existing account, tried to option forgot password/username, never received any mail to reset the password..i tried again and again..:
Did email the support, got reply will reply 3 working days due to high number of email. Tried live chat, never get to it..one time i left a long message explaining what happened to the live chat, they came back with email, did reply the email with more explanation…never get reply since..i got 2 cars and 2 motorbike with etiqa takaful insurance..NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!BEEN TRYING TO GET THE POLICY COPY FOR A WEEK TO PROCEED WITH MY CAR ROADTAX
