## Etix Manager Reviews in United States

### ***-- "A bit of a pain"
It’s ok, but it’s a little absurd that I have to delete and redownload the app every time I change my password just to get Touch ID to work again. Etix, you know you require frequent password changes, so why set it up this way?
-- jndaly, 2024-12-18

### ***-- "Good, Not Great"
It’s far better than the original iteration but it still has a long way to go. The fact they make you change your password every quarter negates the Face ID login because you can’t change the password that pops up when you use it.
-- GrandmaLebin, 2023-10-17

### **--- "Needs Ticket Validation Function"
Nice app and does as advertised. It really needs the ability to validate tickets as ticket holders come into the venue if scanners are not available. Access to this would be a 5 star upgrade.
-- MrJulioManuel, 2021-12-05

### *---- "Backend access please!"
Please make an app that allows you to edit the backend of events and see price code breakdowns/details audits. It would be great to be able to make quick edits on my phone while traveling.
-- domenicat, 2021-06-30

### *---- "Null app for concert goers!!"
Apparently this is for venues ONLY. Etix be better for customers!!!
-- Kleej361, 2017-01-18

### *---- "Broken App"
This app is useless. It will not log in or even give an errr message. This is embarrassing for eTix.
-- ctongen, 2016-11-01

### *---- "complete GARBAGE!!!"
Good luck getting past login....do everyone a favor and just wipe this off the App Store.
-- Pennyworth79, 2016-09-17

### *---- "Ms."
Can't log in!!!!
-- Snootlie, 2016-07-27

### *---- "Still does not work"
I can't give it zero stars. Still unable to log in. Come on guys. Your app hasn't been working for months.
-- winslowbrian, 2016-01-06

### *---- "Huh?"
Craptastic nothing
