when i tap home work tab from my iphone it's doesn't respond and closes the app automatically ... this is annoying and my kid misses the homework

How to get changed password .I forgot
Frequent crashes
The app frequently crashes. It never opens, it stopped working before 5 days. It’s not working at all. The app must have frequent bug fixing updates and I am not able to see anything. Please correct the issue I am facing.
