Connection errors
The app suffers from slow response times (lag) and frequent connection errors(everything else works fine, so it is not the connection). Also it has a habit of jumping out from the active field in the trade dialog, it is a pain to edit sl and tp levels. The interface is nice otherwise, too bad it is so slow, unresponsive and unpredictable. Please fix and I will rereview. In the current state, I cannot recommend this.
Bad application
I can't create new password on IPhone the app doesn't let me to do that. It writes "your password must consists 8-32 letters and numbers with either uppercase letters or symbols”. But my password contains everything and is between 8-32 characters length. The etoro system writes it's strong. But the submit button doesn't work.
Money disappeared
I added some money (not much just $50) to my account to try etoro later. When I came back a couple months later, the money was gone and the system says I withdrew the money a few weeks after the deposit, which never happened. I tried customer support, but had no luck in talking to anyone other than a useless bot... Lesson learned, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Very expensive and untransparent costs
You need to pay huge amount if you want to withdraw your money If you use leverage, they can modify the fee without communication. This caused me a 178 USD extra cost on my USD/TRY position (237 USD valued). Practically they steal my capital. Better to use alternatives such as XTB, Plus500 etc
