Amazing products and amazing app
I have been using Etsy app for past 5 years and I really love each aspect of this app. Most importantly I can buy stuff locally from Irish sellers and app has in built filter to select seller country. Quality of products, and support from all sellers has been phenomenal. Would highly recommend if you are looking for great quality products at right price
Hit or miss (mostly miss)
I’ve used Etsy for a year. I’ve had orders arrive, others declined by seller, some cancelled before delivery. I’ve had issues. I don’t recommend Etsy. It seems to disappoint more often than not.
Account suspended
I just put my first order on 2 October and while I waiting my order my account get suspended for no reason..

Если вы столкнетесь с проблемой - не рассчитывайте на её решение с помощью службы поддержи. Готовьтесь к тому, что они ещё и троллить будут. Отбор сотрудников службы так называемой поддержи, вероятнее всего, осуществляется исключительно по одному принципу - знание двух комбинаций клавиш - Ctrl+C и Ctrl+V. Хотелось бы, чтоб руководство компании осуществило проверку компетентности своих сотрудников, но там видимо принцип «и так сойдет»

My order arrived on time as stated Thank you for that..Please do not add stones l need more of the Smokey clay .l have ordered again because l believe in second chances.
Order issues
I don’t recommend this app. I ordered something there and was charged. After that I never get any tracking number. I sent messages to seller and never got answer. Is impossible to contact anyone from app itself. This is shameful and unacceptable behaviour. Hope so that I will got at least money back.
Ease to use
I find it extremely simple to use and navigate in, and you can find almost anything you need. Or don’t need but want.
