Literally every time I open the app it wants me to accept. How many times do I have to do this??

Terrible
I can’t edit the motion zone (“failed to request”), and I don’t get any notifications, which is just as well, since it detects any kind of motion outside the motion zone, even though the sensitivity is at the minimum and is set for human only.
New app and connectivity
So the app had been working well but the new iOS app is slow to load and doesn’t connect to cloud. The result is if someone rings your doorbell, you wait while the app starts and then you stare at a spinning icon which then fails to connect to their cloud. Right now it is unusable and my queries to support are boilerplate “you are out of warranty window.”
Nouvelle version
Si je le pouvais, je reviendrais à la version précédente. Sur le iPad, les playbacks des vidéos enregistrés sont petits…
Bugs - Update 5.0.20_1650
- App is very slow to start - Live camera won’t go live or takes a very long time to work - Recorded video only show half screen and when we try to zoom image go outside the frame (hidden by black contour) - Interface is nice so, whey you fix those bugs, that could be a good update but now TOO MANY BUGS
Good product app update is not great
The Eufy security cameras are a great product. They get lots of flexibility, but the new app does not for viewing a videos in full screen on an iPad unlike the previous version it needs a little bit of work

So far so good but would be nice if you could view this in horizontal format.
All New version sucks
Version 4 was better. Time to fire your UI people.
I hate you
Thanks for the new app. Now nothing works. Can’t watch live video. Can’t watch clips. New clips, if they are recorded aren’t showing in useless app. Just like the hardware, every update makes it worse and removes functionality. Eufy is the worst.
Most equipment is Not compatible with home kit😞
I love my eufy equipment, the quality of video is great but in the smart home era that we’re in it is very unfortunate that their best floodlight cameras are not compatible with HomeKit… I really hope they upgrade this issue 🙏
