Cant combine geofence and schedule
It’s not possible to use both geofence and schedule to activate both at night and when leaving home. It has been the most wishlisted feature for 4 years, but not added.
Decent application & performance
Have been using multiple cameras in two different location and monitoring those with iphone and ipad now for few years. Sometimes there is a delay in start of the motion detection, but in overall, system works pretty reliable, as far cameras are within Wifi network coverage. I like the non-monthly fee operation.
Please add support for Critical alerts!
Critical alerts are notifications that appear even when your iPhone or iPad is in Do Not Disturb mode or silenced.

the router broke right after the warranty. many have the same problem. watch youtube :(
Startup fail
The app fails to launch and because of it I am unable to add my device to homekit
Black screen on all camera feeds
I have several cameras and all show black screen in live view and recordings. How can developers not test their software before deploying?
Can’t see videos in events on iPhone
After update Is it not possible to see motions in events, black screen only. Downloaded video in phone gallery view normally.
Newer version buggy, and ads still here
New app version buggy, preview pictures wrong, video loading times cut out etc.. Also I’m paying for eufy cloud it would be nice to not get ads on app? Not first time I’m not happy with this app, ealier review: So now there is ad of the new product flashing full screen every time you open the app, originally i gave two stars now it’s only one star 🤦♂️ Eufy cameras work great and app functionality has been good this far. But now added fourth tab “explore” is simply ad space for eufys cameras, not bringing any usability to user only directing to purchase more cameras. Bad user interface desing addin button that is just advertisements.
Night vision doesn’t work
Hi! After updating the app, nightvision doesn’t work anymore in live camera feed. Thanks for looking into this. When you end the live feed and the still picture stays on the screen from the last second of the live feed -> IR works in that and you can see in the dark in that still photo. However the live feed IR is off.
