التطبيق يغلق تلقائيا عند الضغط على موقع الاحداث سواء من الواجهة الرئيسية او من واجهة الكاميرا وتواصلت مع الدعم مرات عديدة منذ شهر والى الان لم تحل المشكلة

Overrated
Camera stopped working and detecting. It has some serious connection issues. It says i need to check the ethernet cable or press the sync button. None of that was the issue. I contacted customer service but they were clueless. Bad cameras and overrated!
Keeps crashing
This app caused my iphone to freeze many times , i cant exit the app nor answer phone calls , i just have to wait until the battery goes off and delete the app then reinstall again !! This happened on many updated versions !! Even the last one. I think i need to change my four security cams
Unable to play live video
I suddenly got this message "unable to play live video" after updating the app and i tried everything to fix this it is still not working
