Can’t steam using 4G/5G network.
Can’t steam using 4G/5G network on the phone. They never fix it and they can’t fix it.
Latest update locked me out
After today’s update the app now wants to 2FA authenticate and tells me it is sending codes to a mobile that I never receive. The mobile number is correct, and the app has not asked for this in recent memory. Now unable to manage my security devices because of dubious security protocols.
2FA
Two factor authentication doesn’t work. For some reason it logged me out. Now it won’t send me the code via SMS to let me back in. Hopeless. When it’s working it’s great. But not much use if it locks you out and won’t let you in. Eufy “support” promised a solution days ago, but are now ghosting me. An answer would be nice.
Eufy Home Alarm System
Please add the ability to change the audio for the home alarm system. The current sounds sound like a fire truck and the other one is no better.
Great product, iffy software
My wife and I bought and have used the 4 camera 2k outdoor kit for the better part of a year. And it has been mostly a fantastic experience. The app however has been a bit temperamental for the last few months and in short, when reacting to a notification of someone being spotted in the driveway camera, I can’t simply just click the notification and check, it takes closing the app entirely and then reopening it, to be able to load events.

2024 年了算法就不能把花草树木优化好吗，刮个风提示一直在叫叫叫，门口信箱的木桩无数次被识别成人类？？？ 买回来第一个月识别最准，后面越来越次，逼着换新设备？
Home Security
I have installed the exterior 4K solar cameras, the interior 2K pan/tilt/tracking cameras and the dual camera video doorbell, all running through a Homebase 3 hub. The performance, viewed both on and off site, is excellent. Coupled with recordings, two way audio, alarms, spotlights and infra-red night observing, these Eufys are highly recommended. The dual camera doorbell allows delivered packages on the ground to be seen in daylight, also. A further feature is that another nominated trusted person can also view the encrypted signals, online, via a dedicated set up - very handy, if a substitute off-site check is required.
No support?
The app has suddenly forgotten all of my devices? I’ve tried to have a live chat to fix the problem and instead talk to a chat bot that isn’t helpful and sends me to a form to wait 24hrs for someone to come back to me? Meanwhile my property remains unsecure?
Great to use on a sailboat
Fantastic piece of kit, using it half way up the mast of a sailboat to spot reefs and navigation. Just sailed from New Zealand to Fiji through the southern Pacific Ocean and it worked flawlessly. If it can take that beating, home use should be easy.
