Illogical
Camera doesn’t record few second before movement. I see movement after it happens so often it is too late. What is the point of camera then?

Taken into account that I’ve only had experience with HomeBase 3 and several EufyCam S3 Pro - the App and system works to my satisfaction. Found a way to tell the AI that this «human» is actually (pick a name from the list of familiar faces with names), but a tip to the dev.op.team access to this function could also be from the recordings, in stead of only: «is this a person?» I also like the beta version of tracking the same person through several cameras. The GeoFencing function works as a charm with two different phones! Another tip to the dev.op.team: give warning, when you try to sync a new phone to the base!!! I thought I needed to do that for the GeoFencing feature - but ended up having to completly reinstall the entire system :-(

Since the latest update my cameras started to record 5 minute sequences although they detect just a few seconds. Previously the recordings used to be typically 15 seconds.
Failed to Connect HomeBase2
New HomeBase2 and Eufycam Pro2 out of the box. Failed to connect HomeBase 2 to app and failed to connect to Apple HomeKit. Available help did not resolve the issue.
Dissapointed
I paid $600 for four E330 Pro Cameras and a Homebase3. Everything seemed fine at first, but as time passed, it started giving false alarms. I’ve approved my family’s faces maybe 1,000 times, but it still asks who they are. Also, it detects events outside of the Activity Zone and sends notifications. In short, it wasn’t as smart as we thought, and we’re disappointed. Hopefully, there will be a good update that makes it work as it should. For now, we’re giving it just one star as we are not satisfied.
Limited Features, slow and poor AI Performance
There is no option to snooze notifications like you can with Arlo or Ring. Sometimes, you might not want to add a person to a group with no notifications, but still, want to avoid constant alerts. Unfortunately, this app doesn't offer that flexibility. A sidenote AI face recognition feature only identifies familiar faces 5-10% of the time, resulting in numerous unwanted notifications. Did go for Eufy for the AI, but would never bought Eufy again, becuase of the slow notifications.

OBS! Har du nylig kjøpt Eufy Doorbell Camera/ringeklokke bør du levere tilbake om tanken var å benytte denne sammen med Google Home. Det fungerer ikke lenger og flere nevner dette på Reddit. Stay away!
