No playback even with working SD Card
App shows there are clips but clicking playback says no video. All our Eufy CCTVs are like this.
Worst Investment
I purchased Homebase 3 with 4 cameras thinking that this was a good CCTV System for home. To my surprise, this was totally useless. One of the reasons for CCTV is to see the events recorded. However, I can only see the message “unable to play video clips”. What a waste of money. I wish I thoroughly made a research before purchasing any Eufy devices.
Problems with Playback of Stored Video
Since I got to the US last July 12, I have been unable to access stored video in all my CCTVs even if all of them have SD cards. The app clearly shows evidence that footage was recorded but neither me nor my wife can see the stored videos on our iPhones. Please fix this.

SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY
Playback is not working anymore
The only reason I bought and installed eufy cctv is to review the videos. The playback button worked last year, but not anymore now. I will switch to Hikvisions now.
No Recording/Event was recorded
I thought this app is reliable, but it's opposite, how come suddenly no recorded events was saved? Come on pls fix it.
Alarm System not working
Hello, I recently notice that my alarm system is not working. I set my alarm as “away mode” and when I get home the camera does and home base 2 are not alarming when I pass by the 2C cams. Please fix.
