Useless application. The equipment is cool, but if you have two SIM cards on your phone, the preview doesn’t work when you leave the house. Look for other equipment. I’ve been asking for repair support for two months. I will change to the TP-Link system.

Can you guys do something with this f…g system? When you have connected eufycam 2 to S380 and system is rebooting, WiFi chose anather channel for communication with cameras and eufycam 2 didn’t connect because cam doesn’t see home base … do something with that or give us a option to chose WiFi channel for communication settings
