Unacceptable customer support
HELLO SHANE, I am interested in your discount offer. It is not a very genuine gesture at all. Offering a 30% discount on original price? Are you serious? The promotional price is even lower than 30%. IF FREE REPLACEMENT, I WILL STILL CONSIDER AFTER 3 OVER MONTHS OF AGONY AND FEAR. As mentioned, DO NOT IGNORE THE 14TH AUGUST EMAIL. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN PENDING SINCE MAY 2024 AND NO UPDATE ON THE SOFTWARE CHANGE AS PROMISED BY EUFY. AGAIN, REPLY THE 14TH AUGUST EMAIL. IN PAIN THANKS TO EUFY NABAGEMENT. Daniel
