Cloud cost
Cost of cloud subscription is ridiculously high. I will NOT be a customer of the service.
Outstanding
Really good app and web access. Gives all info required and wrapped in adequate security.
More interested in Advertising
The flashing distracting advertisements seem to be the aim of this App and the only thing that functions. A big disappointment for the high prices one pays for devices. Cameras only show up intermittently and unreliably and I think there are DNS-problems. If Anker (Eufy) don't fix this quickly, their high-end devices are useless and it's best to scrap them and take a loss, as this is a walled-garden ecosystem - no other Apps work as far as I can see.
App Issue
The Eufy app has never been very intuitive and often crashes and struggles to connect to the cameras but in the last week I am unable to use the app. Every time I open it my entire phone crashes and I have to do a physical hard restart on it.
Good, but flawed
Generally, the app is pretty good. One big frustration is that it regularly my three linked devices out. It is a pain and seems completely unnecessary. Please fix this.
Seamless Scrolling
Dear Developers, Kindly consider adding the ability to scroll through connected cameras while viewing live feed without exiting to the main page to view another camera feed.
Edge home page on app
How do I stop the app from showing the Edge image when starting the app? Often timing is critical to see who is at the door and this new unnecessarily display takes extra time.
