If the app doesn’t work, then the camera itself certainly won’t. Good luck getting more than a few months of use out of it before it disconnects from your WiFi and refuses to ever connect to a network again. All 3 of mine experienced this exact issue.

It would be nice to have multi pet profiles/diaries, so I know which dog or cat is in front of the camera with the notifications.

Also, it would be nice to link it with Google Home so it’s with all my other smart eufy and home products.

Another feature that would be nice. Is have the camera turn on when we are not home automatically. I understand there’s a scheduling feature, but it would be nice to have the camera turn on automatically while I’m not here.

### **--- "No way to “Select *All*” notifications and mark as seen."
I could have sworn there used to be a way to mark all notifications as seen across multiple days, without deleting them. There are multiple clips that I know are uninteresting or are just clips of *me* walking by. I have to go through each day one at a time and delete them. As soon as you open the app it clears the notifications badge on the icon but the next time you get even one the badge is back with an ever-increasing number. I can’t keep up.

Upon initial usage, I found the negative feedback regarding this app to be baseless. However, after using it along with the product for over a month, I must concur with those who gave the app a low rating. To be frank, the app simply does not work properly. And if the app doesn't work, neither does the camera. Occasionally, the app functions correctly, but most of the time it does not. 

When attempting to turn on the camera via the app's upper right-hand power button, the camera will not turn on after the first attempt. The second try may not work either. If I'm lucky, it will function on the third try. Then, if you want to activate the cameras inside the app, I push the "turn camera on" button. Sounds simple, right? Unfortunately, it is not. I have to try several times before it works, and even when it eventually indicates that the camera is on, the camera will still be off. 

The app is so terrible that sometimes I must navigate to the settings to turn the camera on. The settings show that the camera is on. It isn't. So I turn it off and then back on again. Despite checking the app and knowing the cameras are on, there is no activity in the app, which I have noticed hours later. My goodness. Talk about a mess. Given the horrible app, I think it was awful to release such an all-around poor product.

### ***** "Better than other brands/ dog camera apps"
We used to have Petcube which had soooo many glitches and slow connection. This app is 1000% better. I like that two users can view at same time. Camera quality is great. Very sensitive for noise, movement notifications which I appreciate but you can change the sensitivity. Sometimes it doesn’t detect barking but it will categorize it as “sound detected.” Camera has other features I haven’t used. I feel comfortable when I leave my dogs because I know I’ll get notifications ASAP and can connect quick and toss a treat if needed.

iPhone app is pretty good. When it notifies me about a pet diary, it always says see what your “pup” has been up too. It’s a minor complaint, but I feel like the wording should  be changed to from “pup” to “pet” because some of us use these for cats. Also a dedicated iPad specific app would be nice.

I opened the app 2 hours before I plugged my phone in for bed to check the camera. Got home and unplugged camera. Did not plug phone into charger because I had 80% battery life. I woke up to 23% battery life with Eufy using 50% with “background refresh”. 

Turn off background refresh.

We love this camera and the app. Works flawlessly and our new puppy can hear us speak to him via the app. The video quality downloads to our phone via the app are great and so is the audio. Controlling the camera from the all is easy and intuitive. So glad we got this for our family.

No funciona esta aplicación. Cuando abro la aplicación el teléfono automáticamente se congela y se apaga. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en volver a encender y cuando abres nuevamente la aplicación vuelve a pasar lo mismo. No sirve. Tienen que trabajar con esta aplicación. Es Dinero perdido.
