Bad software, good camera
Read till end: Cameras are ok .. but software is low, difficult to set all your cameras in security mode (like you are out from your house so you switch on the alarm etc) you need to put that mode in every camera so 4 cameras, 4 time doing that .. also YOU CANNOT STREAM ALL YOUR CAMERAS AT ONCE!!! Be careful if you want that service. Eufy can’t do that. So annoying. You need to play separately every camera can’t see all your house/edges at once .. that is security?

I had to waste all batery because wasnt unable to do anything (also turn off my phone) A bug big like a house
Good but don’t works fine
Please add support for Siri shortcuts and improve geo location feature, sometimes when i leave home the app don’t arm my cameras, sometimes when i arrive to my home the app doesn’t disarm my cameras.
Never pulls up after I click notification
The app barely works. I love the cameras and features. But they’re useless without the app working properly. Every time there’s notification there’s a few minutes delay for it to load. That’s if it loads. Most of the time it says failed to load.
Better brands out there
Eufy abandons its customers. They stop supporting a device even tho they continue to sell it. The app is terrible. Bugs everywhere. There’s better options out there with better products and customer service. Developer, do not reposting just so you can remove my review. Contacting your support team does NOTHING! Don’t be cowards and remove the negative reviews!
Calendar Events indicator is wrong
When viewing the events for a single camera, if you tap the calendar, it shows events have occurred on every single day despite no events occurring. Events indicator is wrong on all devices.
